Hello there!
I'm SYLVY, an Italian interpreter & translator who loves speaking and writing in foreign languages such as English, German and Spanish. I like making friends from all over the world and meeting people who share my interests. ^_^
Well, what can I say about myself? All in all my life's pretty dull, but luckily I have many friends to cheer me up, plus a lovely husband and a daughter who make my days complete, so I really can't complain, can I?!? I always look at the bright side of things and love joking and making others feel at ease. Negativity is NOT my cup of tea.
One of my faults is that I usually work too much, but when I'm home and I have some time for myself nothing else matters: my LIFE begins when I'm in front of my PC! Besides surfing the net, my favourite activities are reading, watching telly (especially sci-fi programmes and British TV series), reading/writing fanfiction and chatting with my online friends (many of whom have become good friends also in real life, which is so cool!).
My favourite quote is:
History is not made by presidents and kings, but by ordinary people doing extraordinary things!
